The problem

Five small companies, around ten staff each, running on spreadsheets and chat messages. They needed one system — with data strictly separated per company, and working in places where connectivity drops.

What we built

  • Multi-tenant PostgreSQL schema with row-level security policies, so each company only ever sees its own data
  • Flutter application for web, Android and iOS from one codebase, in a feature-first clean architecture
  • Offline-first local database (Drift) with synchronisation to Supabase; realtime updates where they matter
  • Phased roadmap from internal rollout to a sellable SaaS

Result

In development. The first rollout is planned across the five companies; the architecture is built so the same product can be offered to other SMBs without a rewrite.

For businesses that need it to work in the field, not in a demo.

Plantations, factories, workshops and infrastructure operators across Indonesia — and product companies in Europe. Tell us the problem; we will tell you honestly whether we are the right team.
